1 t salt
2 whole skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut in 2-inch cubes
1 T oil
2 c cold cooked rice
2 T chopped onion
2 T minced garlic
¼ c soy sauce
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
1 10oz package frozen Hawaiian style stir fry vegetables with seasoning mix, partially thawedRecipe
Heat oil in wok. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry about 1 minute. Stir in rice. Add chicken and vegetables, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Cover and steam for 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
