    Larry Allen's Grilled Sirloin With Tangy Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 boneless beef sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick

    1-2 T. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

    1/4 c. ketchup

    1 medium onion, finely-chopped

    1/4 c. water

    1 t. dry mustard

    1/4 c. margarine or butter

    1/4 t. cayenne pepper

    1 T. vinegar

    few drops hot pepper sauce

    1 t. lemon pepper seasoning

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients, except steak, in small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Place steak on grill over medium coals. Grill steak for 16 to 20 minutes for rare to medium, turning once. Brush cooked side frequently with sauce. Carve steak into thin slices; serve with remaining sauce. Makes 4 servings.
