4 - 10 oz. Chilean Sea Bass Filets
Wasabi Glaze (see recipe below)
Horseradish Crust (see recipe below)
Butter (to coat baking pan)
Recipe
Pre-Heat Oven to 400 Degrees
Ladle 3 oz of Wasabi Glaze on top of each Sea Bass Filet
Sprinkle Horseradish Crust mixture to evenly coat the top of each Sea Bass Filet (approx. 2 oz.)
Place Fillets on buttered baking pan and bake for approximately 12 minutes (at 400 degrees)
Serves 4
Serving Suggestions: With Saffron Rice and Freshly Steamed Asparagus

Wasabi Glaze:
8 oz. Oyster Sauce
4 oz. Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp. Wasabi Paste
Mix all ingredients until blended together.

Horseradish Crust:
8 oz. Japanese Bread Crumbs (Panko)
8 oz. Freshly Grated Horseradish
Mix Ingedients together.
