    MONSTER SALAD

    (feeds 4 or one total pig)
    1. Take a giant bowl...like one used for serving salad.
    2. Add one big tin of Green Giant Niblet corn (drained) and Romaine heart lettuce---about 4-5 torn-up leaves.
    3. Add a small bowlful of snap peas, freshly shucked and uncooked.
    4. Add a LOT of fresh cilantro, torn up..about a small baggie full.
    5. Add almost a whole pre-cooked bbq chicken, torn into small pieces, with the skin!
    6. Add about half a cut up large Jicama...cut into inch cubes or so.
    7. Add some sunflower seeds, about 1/2 a cup.
    8. Add about 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice.
    9. Put almost a whole bottle of Cardelli's Caesar dressing on top of everything.
    10. Add about 5 chopped scallions (EDITORS' NOTE--given recent scallion news, please choose your source carefully and WASH THEM)
    11. Add a 1/4 cup of cracked black pepper, and a generous amount of cayenne pepper to taste (I like it spicy), mix it all up, and eat it...Enjoy!!!.
