    List of Ingredients




    Cake

    # ¾ Cup of water
    # 1 (3oz.) Box of lemon Jell-O
    # 4 Eggs
    # ¾ Cup of vegetable oil
    # 1 Box of Betty Crocker’s yellow cake mix
    # 1 Teaspoon of lemon extract

    Topping

    # 1 ½ Cups of confectioners sugar
    # The juice from 1 medium lemon

    Recipe



    Combine all of the cake ingredients in a large bowl and beat together on high for two minutes. Pour mixture into a 9”x13” pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    For the topping, combine ingredients and mix until creamy. Next, poke holes all over the top of the cake (while it’s hot) with a large fork and then cover with topping mixture. Let the cake stand for a few minutes and then serve and enjoy!
