List of Ingredients
2 Cloves Garlic
2 T. Olive Oil
28 oz. Can Plum Tomatoes
2 tsp. Red Pepper
1/2 lbs. Arugula
10 oz. Can Baby Clams
1 lbs. Penne PastaRecipe
In a large skillet, brown the garlic in the olive oil.
Drain tomatoes and reserve juice, core tomatoes and add tomatoes and juice to the skillet with the garlic.
Add red pepper, and season with salt and pepper.
Tear Arugula and stir into tomato mixture, reduce over medium heat.
Add baby clams, continue cooking.
While the mixture is reducing in a large pot, cook pasta al dente to box instructions.
Drain in large colander.
Add cooked pasta to clam mixture and toss with sauce.
