Ron Hornaday's Tabasco Seared Burgers

1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 Tablespoon steak sauce
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
4 hamburgers buns

In large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, parsley, steak sauce, 1
teaspoon of Tabasco and salt, mix well. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick
patties. Combine butter and remaining 1 teaspoon Tabasco, brush on
burgers. Grill burgers 5 to 6 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes on
each side or until cooked to desired doneness.
