    2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons sweet paprika
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
    ½ teaspoon dry mustard

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Use immediately or store in a container for up to 1 month.

    Rub into meat. Let the meat stand 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate 2 to 8 hours before grilling.

    Makes enough for 4 pork chops or steaks, or 1 rack of ribs.
