# 2 Cups pureed pumpkin
# ¾ Cup of sugar
# 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
# ½ Teaspoon of ginger
# ½ Teaspoon of nutmeg
# ½ Teaspoon of salt
# 3 Large eggs
# 1 Can of evaporated milk
# ½ Cup of milk
Crust
# 1 Pastry shell for a single pieRecipe
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine the pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix thoroughly. With a fork, lightly beat eggs into pumpkin mixture. Add both the evaporated milk and the milk to the mixture. Once again, mix thoroughly. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust. Cover the edge of the pie with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
