The Rock's "Smack-aroni" Salad

1 package elbow macaroni
1 carrot, shredded
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons mayonnaise Recipe
Cook the pasta, strain it, and run cold water over it until cold. Cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cold pasta with the carrot, celery and onion, mixing throroughly. Add the mayonnaise and stir until well blended. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
