Half a bottle of beer
Half a bag of onion-ring potato chips (like Funions)
Mustard packets from a fast-food restaurant
Salt and pepper packets
Ketchup packets
Butter
4 slices of bread
Cheddar cheese (about 5 ounces)Recipe
1. Toast and butter the bread and set aside.
2. Grate the cheese into a small bowl.
3. Grab a medium-sized saucepan. Melt about 4 tablespoons of butter into the saucepan. Use medium to low heat and slowly stir until the butter melts.
4. Slowly pour about 1 cup of the beer into the saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.
5. Squeeze 3 packets of mustard and 3 packets of ketchup into the mixture and stir.
6. Slowly add the grated cheese, stirring it in, and cook the whole mixture; keep stirring until the mixture is thick and smooth.
7. Turn off the heat and spoon the mixture over the toast.
8. Crunch the chips into little bits and sprinkle on the cheese.
