ZESTY PESTO CHEESE SPREAD & DIP

An easy dip to prepare that will become a party favorite! Use as a spread on crackers or pipe into cherry tomatoes or celery.
List of Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
1/3 cup FRENCH’S® GOURMAYO™ Caesar Ranch
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Recipe
1. Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, mayonnaise and garlic in food processor. Cover and process until smooth and well-blended.
2. Spoon pesto spread into serving bowl or crock. Spread on crackers or serve with vegetable crudités.
Makes about 3 cups spread
Tips: To toast pine nuts, place nuts on baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden or microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute.
