    21/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon sea salt or salt substitute
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    pinch of cinnamon
    1/2 cup molasses or raw honey
    1/4 cup polyunsaturated oil
    11/2 cups buttermilk
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or cashews
    1 tablespoon grated orange rind

    Recipe



    Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir everything together. Pour into a loaf pan and let stand for 20
    minutes. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour.
