Ray "Crash" Corrigan was one of the top stars of B westerns. He was one of the Original Three Mesquiteers, for which he partnered with Bob Livingston and John Wayne. After nineteen Mesquiteer films, he made early three dozen
Range Buster films. Following that series, he retired from the screen and devoted most of his time to his ranch and western town, Corriganville, where many A and B westerns were flimed, including Fort Apache. His son Tom operates Corrigan's Restaurant in Thousand Oaks, California.
List of Ingredients
3 Half Breasts Skinless, Boneless
Soy Sauce
Sliced Mushrooms
Butter
Sherry
Pinch Of Cornstarch
Recipe
Dip the chicken in a mixture of melted butter and soy sauce. Lightly saute to just brown. Remove and put in a separate pan. In the same pan used to brown the chicken, add mushrooms and a little more butter. Brown the
mushrooms. Put btter and sherry in with the chicken and heat to medium. When the chicken is done, remove it and put on a platter. Add cornstarch to juice in that pan until it thickens or reduces. Saute mushrooms. Put mushrooms ontop of chicken and cover with sauce.
Serves 1.
