    4lbs top round roast, 1/4 inch cubes
    1 1/2 cps minced onion
    1 andouille sausage, 1/4 inch cubes
    8 cloves garlic minced
    5 jalapenos seeded and minced
    chicken stock (64oz or so it doesn't turn into chili loaf)
    8oz tomato sauce
    3 tbs cumin
    1 container Gebhart's chili powder
    1 1/2 tbs hot Mexican chili powder
    Tabasco sauce

    Brown meat in a dutch oven and drain when brown. Simmer half the chicken stock in the dutch oven. Add onion and garlic that have been minced in a food processor. Turn off the heat, cover and let sit for 30 min. Turn heat back on med-high. Add tomato sauce, 5 tbsp Gebhardt's, 1 tbs hot chili powder, and jalapenos minced in a food processor. Add cumin and meat mixture. Simmer for two hours adding chicken stock as necessary. Add remaining chili powder and a few dashes of tabasco and simmer another 10 minutes. Serve.
