    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 c water
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c catsup
    1/2 ts chili powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place in a crockpot or slow cooker.
    Cook for 4 hours, stirring often
    until done. Serve over hot dogs in
