List of Ingredients
Basic "Essential Chili Base" Ingredients:
* 3-15 oz. cans Diced Tomatoes
* 1-12 oz. can Tomato Paste
* 1-15 oz. can Light Kidney Beans
* 1-15 oz. can Dark Kidney Beans
* 1-15 oz. can Blank Beans
* 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
* 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper
* 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
* 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
* 2 tablespoons Honey
* 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
* 2 each (red, yellow, green) Bell Pepper, diced
* 1 Habenero Pepper, diced
Ale-Turkey Chili Meat Ingredients:
* 1 pound Ground Turkey
* 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper
* 1 Habenero Pepper, finely diced
* 1 Rogue American Amber Ale 22 oz. bottle

Basic "Essential Chili Base"
Remove excess water from tomato cans by straining. Drain beans, and run under cold water. Then, mix all above ingredients in a 8 qt. stove top pot. Set on Medium-Low heat while you prepare the Chili Meat.
Ale-Turkey Chili Meat
(Use 1/4 cup Amber Ale in the Mix) Mix all chili meat ingredients in a salad bowl and knead thoroughly. Brown over a medium-high heat, covered, adding another 1/4 cup of your Amber Ale (don't let it go to waste) in the pan. Uncover meat and dice with spatula until cooked through. Drain. Add to chili base. Simmer one hour and serve.
