List of Ingredients
# 2 lbs. ground beef
# 3 cloves garlic, minced
# 2 12oz. cans stewed tomatoes
# 1 6oz. can Rotell tomatoes
# 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
# 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
# 1 can ranch style beans (pinto)
# 1 1/2 tbls chili powder
# 1 tblsp oregano
# 1 tblsp basil
# 2 bay leaves
# 12 oz. beer (dark beer is best)
# 1 jalapeno, chopped
# 1 lg onion, chopped
# 1 tblsp worchestershire sauce
# salt & pepper to tasteRecipe
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic then drain off fat. Combine the remainder ingredients and bring to an easy boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
Remember that the alchohol in the beer evaporates within seconds of boiling.
Serve with cheese, saltines and hot sauce on the side.
