Matt's Free Range Venison Chili

List of Ingredients
½ tablespoon Butter
1 jalapeno pepper
1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
1 can organic Muir Glen Fire Roasted tomatoes
1 can organic Eden pinto beans
1 can organic black beans
1 can organic lentils
3 tablespoons Cajun season from Dean's Mediterranean Imports
3 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 lb. Free range venison (chop to desired size before cooking)
1 cup water
salt to taste
Recipe
Chop onion, green pepper, jalapeno pepper.
Cook onions, peppers in pot with butter until almost clear.
Add venison to mixture and brown meat.
Add beans, tomatoes, lentils, honey seasonings, cumin and water to pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Salt to taste.
Garnish with jalapeno peppers.
