Honeysuckle White
List of Ingredients
1 pound Honeysuckle White® Fresh, 1-pound Ground Turkey
2 can chicken broth
2 can great northern white beans, undrained
1 can green chilis, chopped
1 can white cream of corn
1 to 2 bag Fritos Corn Chips
1 cup bunch of green onions, chopped (include some stems)
1 small onion
2 clove garlic
1 small red bell pepper
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon starch
Recipe
Crunch Fritos in bag to a fine consistency. Add to ground turkey breast. Mix into meat as you would for meatloaf. Set aside briefly. Bring broth, chili powder, cayenne, and cumin to a boil. Roll turkey mixture into small (1 inch) balls. Drop turkey balls into broth. When balls turn white and float, they are done. Should take no longer than 5 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of corn starch to thicken broth and turn down to simmer. Sauté onions, garlic, and pepper in non stick spray and add to broth. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Yum Yum.
