Recipe Introduction
By Shawn Stanchfield
Bargetto's Dolcetto is always a nice wine to work with. I had lots of fun matching this wine. First I tried cheese fondue, followed by cheese and roasted peppers and even roasted pork! All of these worked well, but for this month's recipe I decided on red chili. Enjoy!
