Venison/Beef Chili

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. Venison tenderloin 1/2 inch bite size cubes (or any Venison steak)
2 lbs. hamburger
3 cans chili beans
3 cans kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 large onion (diced)
1 med. green bell pepper
1 med. red bell pepper
1 med. yellow bell pepper
1 large jar Pace picante sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. chili pepper
1 chili seasoning pkg.
Salt & pepper to taste
3 jalapeno peppers

#1- Dice up onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
#2- In a LARGE POT cook 1/2 of onion, hamburger, venison (tenderloin) and 1/2 of chili seasoning (DO NOT DRAIN OUT! )
#3- After meat is cooked, add all other ingredients. Cook on medium low for 1 hr. (DON'T LET IT BURN! ) Taste for HOT. If not hot enough add more cayenne pepper or add a Jalapeno pepper. Cook as low as pos. the longer the better.
#4- Fill a bowl, add sour cream and cheese.
