List of Ingredients
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 can Bush's Texas Chili beans & seasonings
1 14-oz. can of diced tomatoes with onions
1 can Dr. Pepper
1 jar of the Vicar's Me Mum Loves Her Garlic Hot & Spicy GARLIC SAUCERecipe
Brown ground chuck in a skillet. Drain off grease. Combine into a slow cooker (like a Crock-Pot) the beef, the can of beans and seasonings, the can of tomatoes, and 1/2 to 1 cup of Me Mum Loves Her Garlic Hot & Spicy GARLIC SAUCE. Add as much Dr. Pepper as you used GARLIC SAUCE. Stir.
Cook in slow cooker on high setting for one hour. Stir, then change setting to low and cook for as long as you can bear to wait (at least one hour, three would be optimal). Serve with crackers and grated cheddar. Serves four to six.
