: Mountain Pass Chili

1/4 lb. ground beef
4 green onion, chopped
1 T. fat or salad oil
1 No. 2 can pinto beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 c. water
Recipe
In heavy skillet, cook meat and onions in fat, stirring with fork. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Serve immediately or simmer until serving time. Makes 4 servings.
