List of Ingredients
(not too large) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (not too large) tin of red kidney beans
1 small can of tomatoes soup
2 ripe tomatoes
2 small bits of fresh garlic
2 long pieces of celery
1 red Spanish onion
1 orange pepper
A bunch of mushrooms
One/half bottle of Pace salsa
Dash of Worcester sauce
Dash (healthy) of HP sauce
Dash of Soya sauce
One tablespoon of Chili Powder
One tablespoon of Curry powder
One tablespoon of Crushed Chili Peppers
Dash of Paprika
Pinch of Celery Seed
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Dill seeds
Pinch of Sugar
Bit of Butter
1½ pounds of lean ground beef
Recipe
Dump all the tomato sauce and soup into a big pot. Add kidney beans. Add Salsa and other sauces. Add spices. Cut up tomatoes into little cubes and dump in as well.
Cut the veggies up and throw onions into a buttered skillet. Add celery, mushrooms and pepper, waiting two or three minutes before adding each one. Add garlic. Sauté until soft. Throw into pot.
Throw ground beef into the pan and fry until cooked. Break up into small pieces. Add a pinch of sugar over beef when about 75% done.
Throw beef into pot. Cook for an hour or longer over low heat.

Goes very well over rice or in a bowl with bread to dip.
