    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 -15 ounce can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 -14 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 -14 ounce can diced tomatoes, with liquid
    1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
    1/3 cup of HEINZ® or MANWICH® sloppy-joe sauce
    (Jack's "secret" ingredient)
    1 -4 ounce can diced green chilies, with liquid
    1 cup water
    2 Tablespoons dried chopped onion
    2 Tablespoons chili powder
    2 teaspoons cornmeal
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon dry hot cocoa mix
    1 teaspoon Tabasco red pepper sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves (hand grind)

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef, breaking into small pieces and adding a dash of salt and pepper. Drain the fat. Combine cooked beef with all other ingredients in a dutch oven or similar size pot and cook over medium- low heat, allowing it to simmer 55-60 minutes, uncovered, stirring
    occasionally.

    Serve hot and enjoy.

    Makes about five 12-ounce servings.

    If you use 97% lean ground beef, each serving contains less than 3 grams of fat!

    For a more spicy chili, increase black pepper to 1/4 teaspoon, and Tabasco® sauce to 1 1/4 teaspoons.
