Chili For People Who Do Not Like Chili

List of Ingredients
1 to 1-1/4 lbs. lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 28-oz. can tomatoes
1 12-oz. can tomato paste
6 t. chilipowder
1 t. cumin
1 T. white vinegar
Salt to taste
1 15-oz. can red kidneybeans
hot pepper to taste (optional)
Recipe
Brown beef in large skillet. Add the next 8 ingredients and simmer for 60 minutes. Before serving, add kidey beans. Individual servings can be seasoned with hot pepper to taste.
