6 lbs. lean ground beef
3 (29 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
3 (29 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 lg. cans tomato paste
2 med. onions
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. garlicRecipe
1. Ground beef in large kettle or pot.
2. Brown beef and drain.
3. Add onions after dicing, continue browning.
4. Add garlic and chili powder, continue browning.
5. Add tomatoes, sauce and paste, mix well.
6. Keep on low heat until mixture boils.
7. Simmer for 3-4 hours until whole tomatoes break apart.
