2 lbs. ground meat
1 sm. bell pepper (chopped sm.)
3/4 c. celery (chopped sm.)
4 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion (chopped sm.)
1 clove garlic (cut sm.)
3 tbsp. flour or cracker crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauceRecipe
Add salt and pepper to ground meat. Brown over low heat. Drain off excess fat. Add onions, bell pepper, garlic, celery and flour. Mix well. Cook about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, tomato sauce and 3 cups of water. Cover and let simmer about 30 minutes. To thicken, remove top, turn fire high and cook about 5 minutes.
