    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey
    1 bottle or can of beer (12 oz.)
    1 cup of chopped onion
    ½ cup of chopped celery
    4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
    1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp salt
    ½ tsp cayenne pepper
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    1 16 oz. can of kidney beans
    1 28 oz. Can of plum tomatoes, including juice
    1 tsp paprika
    ¼ cup of cider vinegar

    Recipe



    1. Brown ground beef or turkey in a large skillet; drain grease. Remove beef. Using 1 tbsp of grease, saute onion, celery, chili powder, and jalapeno peppers until vegetables are soft. Return meat to the skillet.

    2. Add tomatoes, crushing them with the back of a large spoon. Stir in green pepper, beer, beans, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, vinegar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.

    3. Simmer, stirring frequently, on reduced heat for 1 hour or until thick.

    4. Stir in hot pepper sauce to taste. Serve with sour cream and topped with grated cheese.
