    1 lb. ground beef
    1 med. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
    1 c. water

    Recipe



    n large saucepan cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is browned; drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, beans, tomato juice, chili pepper, seasoning, and water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

    NOTE: This chili was served at several mission suppers, along side a "mild" chili for the less-adventuresome.

    Serves 4 - 6.
