    List of Ingredients




    5 pounds ground beef
    32 ounces diced tomatoes
    32 ounces tomato juice
    6 ounces tomato paste
    2 onions -- diced
    1 red pepper -- diced
    1 green pepper -- diced
    1 stalk celery -- finely diced
    1 pound red pinto beans
    ---Flavoring Ingredients---
    cumin
    chili powder
    tabasco sauce
    white pepper
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder
    2 bunches fresh cilantro
    1 cup garlic -- diced
    3 jalapeno peppers -- seeded
    worcestershire sauce
    1 can beer

    Recipe



    Dice onions. Mix with 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, 2 drops
    tabasco sauce and 1 pinch garlic powder. Dice peppers (red and green).
    Mix with 3 seeded and diced jalapenos. Finely chop celery and mix with 2
    tablespoons cumin, 2 tablespoons chili powder. Cook 1 pound red pinto
    beans. Now add 1 beer and salt and pepper (approximately 1 teaspoon
    each). Cook ground beef. Remove and drain grease. Bring pot back to
    temperature. Saute onions and celery till translucent. Add ground beef
    back to the pot. Stir and cook 15 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and tomato
    juice. Bring to an easy boil. Now add red and green peppers. Reduce to
    simmer. Now add your additional flavoring ingredients as desired until
    the taste is satisfactory. Add tomato paste and beans. Simmer and stir
    for an hour and a half. YIELD: approximately 1 1/2 gallons. ENJOY !!!
