    the web

    List of Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
l Pound Boneless Pork Chops, cut up
3 Pounds Boneless Chuck or Brisket,
    cut in
    1 inch cubes.
    1 Polish Sausage, sliced.
    2 Onions, minced
    6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Can Ortega Whole Chilis, cut up
    3 Tablespoons Flour
1 8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
    1 Tablespoon Oregano
    2 Tablespoons Cumin
    6 Tablespoons Chili Powder
    2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
    * 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
    1 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
    1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
    * 2 Fresh Chilis
    * 2 Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, cut up
    (Wash
    your hands afterward before you
    touch anything.)
    3 Tomatoes, cut up
    8 oz. Beer
(You may drink the other 4 oz. in
    the can.)
    3 Tablespoons Tequila
    1 Can Beef Broth
    ********************
    Yellow Peppers
    Sour Cream
    Lime Wedges

    Recipe

In a large dutch oven or frying pan, place the Olive Oil,
heat, then brown meat cubes, onions and garlic, then add
Polish sausage at end of browning period. Add canned chilis
and flour. Stir until everything is evenly coated. Add
remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer one hour. For the
truly courageous, the yellow peppers may be stirred in with
the brew. Or they may be served on the side. The sour cream
is served on the side and will help cut the heat for the faint
of heart and/or stomach. The lime wedges on the side are a
nice touch. I hope we can still be friends.
    * These ingredients may be reduced or eliminated if you
are more concerned with the condition of your stomach than the
    quality of product.
