    2 tb Cooking Oil
    3 lb Coarse Ground Beef Sirloin
    8 oz Tomato Sauce
    3 Onions, Finely Chopped
    4 Cloves Garlic, Fine Chopped
    3 tb Shilling Chili Powder
    3 tb Gebherdts Chili Powder
    3 tb New Mexico Chili Powder
    1/4 ts Cayenne Pepper
    4 oz Ortega Diced Green Chili
    1 ts Oregano
    1 tb Cumin
    10 1/2 oz Chicken Stock
    1/4 ts Basil
    1 Salt & Pepper To Taste
    Water

    Recipe



    Heat the oil in a heavy frying pan over medium heat.
    Add onions and garlic, cook until onion is translucent.
    Add beef and cook until brown.
    Transfer meat to a large chili pot with the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat is tender.
    Add water as needed to prevent sticking and to keep sauce at proper consistency, approximately 2 hours.

    Serves 6.
