1/2 CUP ONIONS (CHOPPED)
1REG CAN TOMATO SAUCE
1REG CAN WHOLE (OR STEWED) TOMATOES
1/8 CUP SUGAR
TSP RED PEPPER
TSP SALT
TSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE (LEA AND PERRINS)

Recipe
PREHEAT LARGE DUTCH OVEN OR DEEP POT ON A MEDIUM HEAT SETTING. CRUMBLE GROUND BEEF AND JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE AND AS MEAT DARKENS IN COOKING, ADD THE ONIONS AND CUBED TURKEY SAUSAGE. AFTER ONIONS AND MEAT FINISH COOKING, DRAIN OFF EXCESS OIL. ADD DRY SEASONINGS ONE AT A TIME MIXING WITH MEATS THOROUGHLY. DRAIN FLUIDS FROM BOTH CANS OF BEANS AND ADD BEANS TO MEAT AND SEASONING MIXTURES.(YOU MAY USE DRIED BEANS AS LONG AS BEANS ARE PRECOOKED AND MEASURE OUT TO TWO CUPS PER TYPE OF BEAN) ADD WHOLE(STEWED) TOMATOES AND TOMATOE SAUCE, WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND ONE CUP OF WATER. STIR ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ADD LID TO POT. LOWER HEAT TO MEDIUM-LOW AND COOK FOR 20-30 MINUTES, STIRRING PERIODICALLY.
