    1 pound diced pork
    1/2 onion
    4 ounces green chiles, fresh or canned
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, optional
    1 tomato, fresh or canned
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 cup water

    Recipe



    Cube and brown meat in skillet (drain out excess grease). Add onion and brown lightly. Add flour and brown. Add water, tomato, green chiles and spices. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Let melt and serve.
