    Venison Burger 1.5 lbs
    Pork/Italian Sausage 1.5 lbs
    Diced Stewed Tomatos 3 -16 oz cans
    Dark Red Kidney Beans 3-16 oz cans
    Sliced Mushrooms 2-8 oz jars
    Onion 1 Large
    Green pepper 2
    Tomato Juice 32 oz
    Habenaro Pepper 1 (de-seeded)
    Chili Powder 4 tbls
    Garlic Powder 1 tbls
    Black Pepper 2 tbls
    Salt 2 tbls
    Cayanne Pepper HE HE HE , your call !!
    Tomato Sauce 3 16 oz cans

    Brown venison and pork sausage together and drain. In a BIG Pot add beans , shrooms , tomatos ,tomato sauce , tomato juice, Dice onion , pepper, habenaro pepper . Add all spices and bring to a boil . Add Meat , reduce heat and simmer for 4 hrs . Drinking beer during the simmer period and tasting and adding more of the spices as you see fit Always worked for me . Top With shredded cheddar cheese and a dolup of sour cream . It also freezes well in tupperware. Enjoy ! Shotgun
