    3 lb Flank steak
    2 lb Iberian chorizo sausages
    12 oz Beer (not LITE)
    3 oz Sour mash whiskey
    1 tb Salt
    3 tb Tabasco sauce
    3 tb Thoung Ot Thout
    -Vietnamese Chili sauce
    5 Garlic cloves minced
    1 c Chopped Green & red Bell
    -peppers
    4 Green jalapenos whole
    -gash sides
    2 tb Cayenne pepper flakes
    1/4 c Soy sauce
    3 c Chopped tomatos skinless
    -OR
    4 c Stewed tomatos chopped
    8 oz Tomato paste
    2 Onions chopped coarsely
    1 tb Balsamic vinegar
    3 tb Gebhardt's chili powder
    5 tb Cumin fresh ground
    1/2 ts All spice
    1 tb Mexican oregano

    Recipe



    Broil the flank steak until past medium rare. Cut cross-grain into strips 1" x 2" then shred. In a large pot bring the beer to a boil.Add the garlic, whiskey, peppers, onions, tomatos & vinegar. Cook for 5 min then reduce the heat to medium. Add the chorizos,chili powder, 2 T of cumin, all spice, and oregano.
    Stir in the soy sauce, Tabasco sauce, & the Vietnamese chili sauce. Add the flank steak & the tomato paste.
    Cook for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add the remaining cumin, then cook for 15 minutes more.

    Serves 10.
