4 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak, finely diced
2 tbsp. oil
3 cans whole tomatoes
4 cans chopped green chilies
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. red pepperRecipe
Brown steak in oil in large pan or Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 2 to 3 hours, stirring often. For thicker chili, simmer 1 hour longer.
