    WHITE BEAN CHILI WITH A KICK

    List of Ingredients




    6 c chicken broth

    1 lb white beans

    4 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    2 medium onions, finely chopped

    2 T oil

    2 (4oz) cans mild green chilies, chopped

    1 ½ t cayenne pepper

    3 c grated Monterey Jack cheese

    1 16oz jar of salsa

    2 c sour cream

    Garlic salt

    Pepper

    Recipe



    Soak beans overnight. Rinse, drain and cook for approximately 2 ½ hours. Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Drain cooked beans and add shredded chicken, broth, garlic and onion, chilies, cayenne, cheese, salsa, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper. Simmer for approximately 1 hour. Serve topped with sour cream.
