    List of Ingredients

    l lb. ground beef
    1 medium yellow onion
    2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped

1 lb. peeled tomatoes, either fresh or canned
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-3 tsp. hot Mexican chili powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. black pepper

    1 lb. kidney beans, drained

    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)
    1/2 oz. cayenne pepper sauce
2-3 Tbsp. catsup (or to taste)

    Recipe

Note: Adjust the hot pepper sauces and powder to your taste.
Start with just a little of each. Personally, I never use more than
1 tsp. of Mexican chili powder. --

Saute` hamburger, onion and garlic in bit of olive oil until lightly browned.
Drain off fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili
powder, onion powder and black pepper. Add beans and simmer, covered 30
minutes. Add cayenne and cayenne pepper sauce, and catsup. Simmer,
uncovered for another 30 minutes or until thickened. Stir often and season
    to taste.
