    List of Ingredients




    4 cups canned diced tomatoes, with juice
    1 large carrot, diced
    1 red or green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 tbs. vegetable oil
    1 pkg Veggie Ground Round Original
    4 cups canned kidney beans, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbs. basil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tbs. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tbs. tomato paste
    1 tbs. dried chili flakes

    Recipe



    1. Heat oil in a large cooking pot. Add onions, peppers, carrot and sauté for 3-4 min over medium heat.
    2. Add remaining ingredients, except for tomato paste and Veggie Ground Original, mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 1 hour.
    3. Add tomato paste, mix well, and let cook for another 15 minutes before adding crumbled Veggie Ground Round Original. Mix well and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
