    List of Ingredients




    1# Butter
    2 1/2 Cups Sugar
    1/4 Cup Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Instant Coffee
    7 Egg Yolks
    5 1/4 Cups Cake Flour
    Cream Butter & Sugar

    Recipe



    Mix together the Vanilla, Yolks, Coffee - then add to the creamed Sugar / Butter mix.
    Fold in the Cake Flour - mix thoroughly
    Small dollops.
    350 degrees - approx 20 minutes
    Look for light brown edges.
