    Recipe

Heat grill or broiler. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt. Grill or broil 5-7 minutes per side for rare, 7-9 minutes for medium and 9-11 minutes for well-done. Remove to a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let stand while preparing remaining ingredients.

Heat oven to 350ø. Have ready a cookie sheet and eight 12x6-inch pieces of aluminum foil. Heat 2 tsp oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrroms and saute 4-5 minutes until starting to brown. Remove to a
small bowl; stir in soy sauce.

Heat remaining 1 tsp oil in skillet. Add onion and bell peppers and saute 4-5 minutes or until onions are limp, peppers are crisp-tender and both are lightly browned.

Thinly slice steak diagonally across the grain. For each wrap, place a tortilla on a piece of foil. Arrange steak slices down center; top with mushrooms, onions, peppers and a half slice of the cheese. Roll tortilla
up from sides, then roll tortilla diagonally in the foil into a cone. Place on a cookie sheet.

Bake 6-8 minutes until cheese melts.
