List of Ingredients
1 (3.5-4-pound) sirloin tip or rump roast
1 (12- to 16-ounce) jar giardiniera (mild or hot), drained
1 (12 to 16-ounce) jar pepperoncini
1 envelope Good Seasons zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth
12 Italian bread rolls Recipe
Place beef roast, giardiniera, pepperoncini and their juices, salad dressing mix and beef broth into a 3-1/2-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 18 hours.
If needed, slice beef and place on rolls; top with gravy.
