County Kerry Pork Roast

1 ea ham, picnic or shoulder, fresh
1 ea onion, chopped
1 ts marjoram, crumbled
3/4 c barbecue sauce
3/4 c water
Recipe
Trim excess fat from pork. Place in slow cooker, sprinkle with onion and marjoram; pour mixture of barbecue sauce and water over; cover. Cook on Low for 10 hours or on High for 5 hours, or until pork is tender when pierced with a fork. Slice hot.
Serves 6-8.
