Banana Bread and Butter Pudding

List of Ingredients
10 mini doughnuts, halved
1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp caster sugar
225g/8oz fresh custard
1 egg, beatenRecipe
1. Place the doughnuts and banana in a small pudding bowl or dish. Sprinkle the caster sugar over the doughnuts and banana.
2. In a bowl, combine the fresh custard and egg.
3. Pour the custard and egg mixture over the doughnuts and banana.
4. Cover the bowl with cling film and microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until the custard is firm. Serve hot with double cream.
Serves 3.
