Captain Crunch Bananas

List of Ingredients
4 each bananas or plantains lengthwise
2 each whole eggs beaten
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. Captain Crunch, ground
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. corn oil
1 c. flour
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
Recipe
Combine eggs, vanilla, and sugar, coat bananas with flour-egg mixture, roll in the cerial, heat pan with oil and butter, saute each side 1-2 minutes until golden brown, remove from pan, place on paper towels to remove oil.
Sauce:
Combine honey, yogurt, and vanilla, mix well.
