    1 20-oz. can of chunk pineapple
    2 cups mini marshmallows
    1 ½ Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3 large, firm apples
    2 cups of Spanish peanuts
    8 oz. Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Drain and reserved pineapple juice. Combine with marshmallows and chill in refrigerator.

    Combine vinegar, flour, sugar, and well-beaten egg in a heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow to cool and chill.

    Cut apples into chunks. In large bowl combine apples, peanuts and pineapple/marshmallow mixture. Stir in the chilled sauce. Add Cool Whip. Combine well and chill for an hour.
