MISSOURI RIVER BREAKUP

List of Ingredients
1 package chocolate sandwich cookies (about 1 pound), crushed
1 chocolate and peanut butter candy bar, crushed
1 cup hard toffee candies, crushed
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 carton (1/2 gallon) maple nut ice cream, softened
1 milk chocolate candy bar, shaved and broken
2 white chocolate candy bars, shaved and broken
Recipe
Crush cookies in bottom of an 8 1/2 x 11-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle candy bar, toffee, and pecans on top of cookies.
Pour the softened ice cream on top of candy mixture, top with chocolate bar, then white chocolate. This should resemble the Missour River during spring break up.
Freeze until ready to serve.
Yield: 15 squares.
